At Russell Moccasin, we stand behind our handcrafted heritage and offer returns or exchanges on unworn, standard-sized footwear within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-fitted or bespoke orders are final sale due to their unique specifications.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your boots are in original, unworn condition and were purchased as a standard stock size rather than a custom-made order.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your package.
Secure Packaging
Place the footwear in its original box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit back to our Wisconsin workshop.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our craftsmen will inspect the item for quality; approved returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
